Pre-process your documents

Pre-processing the domain documents needs to be completed before discovering knowledge

To pre-process the domain documents:

Click Discover Knowledge in the top navigation bar to enter the Domain list page
Find the domain that you want to pre-process and click
In the dropdown, click Pre-process domain documents
Once the pre-processing is completed, awill appear in front of the domain name
