Discover relations & related individuals

Before you start

There are 4 steps to discover relations & related individuals in a domain:

1. Find the domain

2. Select a term pair

3. Discover relations & related individuals

4. Confirm/Skip suggestions

Find the domain

1. Click Discover knowledge in the top navigation bar

2. In Domain page, find the domain that you want to discover classes & individuals

3. Click Discover relations next to the domain

Select a term pair

In Discover relations page, term pairs which are retrieved from the domain are sorted based on the total co-occurrences in sentences from the domain.

Term pairs which appear together frequently have higher chance to be related individuals in your knowledge graph.

After clicking a term pair, you can start discover relations & related individuals related to the selected term pair.

Add a related individual suggestion

To add a related individual suggestion:

1. Click Create new related pair

2. Click Select an entity on the left side

3. In the dropdown, find and click the individual

4. Click Select a relation

5. In the dropdown, find and click the relation

6. Click Select an entity on the right side

7. In the dropdown, find and click the individual

Click Add new relation if you cannot find the suitable relation for the related individuals

If you cannot find the individuals in the dropdown, add the individuals in the sentence first.

Confirm/Skip suggestions

Once you have discovered all the relations & related individuals in the sentence. Click Confirm to continue to the next sentence.

The suggestions will not be added to your knowledge graph until you click Confirm.

If you are not sure about the suggestions in the sentence, click Skip. The suggestions will be ignored and will not be added to your knowledge graph.
