# Manage Users

### Overview on User Profiles

An administrator can create and manage users using the User Management module.

The user profiles and their permissions are as follows:\
1\. ROLE\_ADMIN - configure connectors, add users\
2\. ROLE\_KNOWLEDGE - manage ontology\
3\. ROLE\_USER - Search

### How to Add a User

To add a user: \
1\. Go to http\://\<admin server ip or name>/isearch-admin/.\
2\. Select Administration, followed by User Management\
3\. Click "Create a new User".

4\. Enter the user details and click "Save".<br>
