Performs a basic search on terms or keywords.

Enter the keyword in the search bar.
Select a keyword from the dropdown list and click on search or,
Click on search for the keyword typed in without clicking on the drop down list suggestions or,
Select any of the suggestions from the Trending Topics and click on search.
You will be directed to the results page upon clicking on the search button.
